U Therapy

U Therapy is a client-centered private practice that delivers evidence-based speech-language services across the lifespan. We address a full spectrum of needs—speech and language disorders, oral-motor and hearing challenges, cognitive deficits, autism spectrum disorders, reading delays, tongue thrust, dysphagia and feeding skills, and care following cleft-palate repair—through customized, goal-driven therapy plans. The practice is owned and led by Erica Ulmer, M.S., CCC-SLP, an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist committed to compassionate, family-focused care. Erica blends in-clinic, in-home, and telehealth options to meet each client where they are, ensuring convenient access to high-quality therapy for individuals and families throughout North Dakota.
